  An Cathaoirleach: I understand the Leader of the House wishes to propose an amendment to the Order of Business.

  Ms O'Rourke: Notwithstanding what was said this morning on the Order of Business, the leaders of the parties met outside the House and it was agreed that we would proceed to have a debate on Northern Ireland with a time limit. We contacted the Taoiseach's office about the matter. I therefore propose that when the statements finish, we should proceed to have a debate on Northern Ireland.
