That Seanad Éireann approves the following regulations in draft:

1. Freedom of Information Act, 1997 (Sections 6(4), 6(5) and 6(6)) Regulations, 1998.

2. Freedom of Information Act, 1997 (Section 6(9)) Regulations, 1998.

3. Freedom of Information Act, 1997 (Section 17) Regulations, 1998.

4. Freedom of Information Act, 1997 (Section 18) Regulations, 1998.

5. Freedom of Information Act, 1997 (Section 28(1)) Regulations, 1998.

6. Freedom of Information Act, 1997 (First Schedule) (Amendment) Regulations, 1998.

7. Freedom of Information Act, 1997 (Third Schedule) (Amendment) Regulations, 1998, copies of which have been laid in draft form before the Seanad on 15 December 1998.
