[28462/09] Deputy Eamon Ryan Deputy Eamon Ryan Deputy Eamon Ryan: The identification of records prior to January 2007 cannot be facilitated without undue commitment of staff resources and administrative costs. However, if the Deputy has a question in relation to a specific item I will make appropriate enquiries. Expenditure by the bodies under the aegis of the Department is a day to day operational issue for those bodies and is a matter for them. The following table contains details of legal costs for my Department in 2007 and 2008.
