  Deputy Batt O’Keeffe: I intend to bring proposals to Government shortly in relation to the process to develop a new national strategy for higher education. It is envisaged that the process will be led by a high level steering group, who will be able to provide a business, wider community and international perspective. Membership of the steering group is currently under consideration.
