Deputy Finian McGrath asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will assist in the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 6. [23246/08]

  Deputy Dermot Ahern: I am informed by the Immigration Division of my Department that a decision regarding the Family Reunification application of the person in question recently issued to him.

Deputy Tony Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform further to the reply to Parliamentary Question No. 264 of 21 May 2008, if the requested documentation has been received. [23251/08]

  Deputy Dermot Ahern: I have been informed by the Immigration Division of my Department that the person referred to by the Deputy is the subject of a Family Reunification application made by his father on February 2006. Additional documentation requested by the Immigration Division.

Deputy Tony Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a decision will be made on the application for a green card by a person (details supplied) in Dublin 1. [23252/08]

  Deputy Dermot Ahern: An application for residence in the State on the basis of marriage to an Irish National was made by the person in question and a decision will issue to the person concerned shortly.

Deputy Olwyn Enright asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a decision will be made following representations on 18 April 2008 on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Offaly; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23268/08]

[1063]   Deputy Dermot Ahern: I am aware of the Deputy’s representations on this person’s behalf. My decision on the matter is in the process of being issued.

Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when an application for family reunification in the name of person (details supplied) in County Clare will be processed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23449/08]

  Deputy Dermot Ahern: I refer the Deputy to my previous answer to Parliamentary Question No. 1214 put down for answer on 30th January 2008.

I am informed by the Immigration Division of my Department that the person in question made an application for Family Reunification in December 2005.

The application was forwarded to the Refugee Applications Commissioner for investigation as required under Section 18 of the Refugee Act 1996. This investigation is completed and the Commissioner has forwarded a report to my Department.

This application will be considered by my Department and a decision will issue in due course.

Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position of an application for residency and family reunification in the case of persons (details supplied) in Dublin 15; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23450/08]

  Deputy Dermot Ahern: I am informed by the Immigration Division of my Department that a decision issued from Family Reunification section to the person in question on 26 February 2008.
