Under the Act, the executive has the responsibility to manage and deliver, or arrange to be delivered on its behalf, health and personal social services. As the person referred to by the Deputy is a patient at Water[1629] ford Regional Hospital, my Department has asked the chief officer for the executive’s south eastern area to respond to the Deputy directly.
