Mr. McGuinness asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children the reason a settlement reached between a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny and the SEHB has not been honoured in full by the SEHB; if her Department will investigate the matter and resolve all outstanding issues; the cost of legal fees to date relative to the case; if it represents good value for money for the taxpayer to allow the case be brought before the courts again having already agreed a settlement; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
