86. Mr. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children when a person (details supplied) in County Kildare will receive orthodontic treatment as required; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [29629/04]

Ms Harney: Responsibility for the provision of orthodontic treatment to eligible persons in County Kildare rests with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has asked the regional chief executive to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply to him directly.
