231. Mr. P. Breen asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if a full-time radiologist will be appointed at Ennis General Hospital in County Clare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [27053/04]

Ms Harney:The provision of hospital services at Ennis General Hospital is the responsibility of the Mid-Western Health Board. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the position in relation to the matter raised and to reply directly to the Deputy.
