37. Mr. Quinn asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children the position regarding her consideration of the report of the pharmacy review group; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [26310/04]

Ms Harney: The Pharmacy Review Group was established in November 2001 to examine the pharmacy issues raised in the OECD report on regulatory reform in Ireland. I expect to take definitive decisions on the report shortly. The report is available on my Department’s website, www.doh.ie, along with reports prepared for the group by Indecon International Economic Consultants.
