  Ms Hanafin:I move:

That the Joint Committee on Finance and the Public Service is hereby authorised by Dáil Éireann for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act 1997 to be the joint committee referred to in section 32(2) of that Act and to discharge the functions of such committee.
