  Mr. McDowell:As investigations by the Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation concerning the fraudulent claiming of repayments of revenue by subcontractors in the building industry are ongoing it is not appropriate to comment at this stage on the investigations or the accuracy, or otherwise, of the particular media report referred to in the details supplied by the Deputy.
