Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Transport the reason for the delay in issuing a reply to correspondence (details supplied); when a decision will be made on this matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21016/03] Mr. Brennan Mr. Brennan Minister for Transport (Mr. Brennan): The delay in replying to this correspondence arises from a backlog of correspondence in the division in question in my Department. A reply on the matter will issue in the near future. I should point out that a number of matters raised in the correspondence are the responsibility of other Departments.
