Minister of State at the Department of Finance (Mr. Parlon): A preliminary survey of all Govern[298] ment buildings has established that many are not currently accessible to people with disabilities. However, there is an ongoing programme of improving access to all Government buildings. Because of the widespread and diverse nature of the Government portfolio it is not possible to predict the length of time for its completion.
