  71. Mr. P. Breen asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when it is proposed to issue the new standard natural costings for farm building schemes; the date he proposes to make it effective from; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18179/03]

  Minister for Agriculture and Food (Mr. Walsh): I have announced the introduction of revised standard costings for the on-farm investment schemes. These costs will be applied to all approvals issued by my Department since 1 December 2002.
