Mr. Treacy Mr. Treacy
Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Mr. Treacy): I propose to take Questions Nos. 186 and 191 together.
During the recent summer period, motor insurers provided further data to the Motor Insurance Advisory Board. That data is currently being analysed and verified. When that process is complete, the board will consider the analysis and, on that basis, prepare its final report to me, which is expected to be available by the end of this year. The Government will consider the report and the board's recommendations, subsequent to the receipt of the report.
