Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will immediately approve a special allocation of fund[1209] ing for Kilkenny County Council to allow payment of grants to applicants under the disabled persons grant scheme and essential repairs scheme; and if he will make a statement on the situation which exists within this local authority regarding those particular grants.
