140. Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Education and Science the position in relation to a request for additional accommodation for a school (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17522/01]

Minister for Education and Science (Dr. Woods): My Department has received an application from the management authorities of the school referred to by the Deputy for grant aid towards improved accommodation.

However, in view of the large number of school building projects being dealt with by my Department at present, it is not possible to provide a timeframe as to when the facilities will be provided.
