185. Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a suckler cow grant payment will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26275/00]

Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (Mr. Walsh): The person named applied for premium on 33 cows under the 2000 suckler cow premium scheme on 30 May 2000. Arrangements are in place for the applicant to be paid an advance of 60% in respect of the 33 animals in question within the next seven days.

186. Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a sheep headage payment will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal. [26276/00]

Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (Mr. Walsh): An overclaim has been identified on one of the land parcels claimed by the person named in 2000. Maps have issued to him and he has been informed of the extent of this overclaim. The application cannot be further processed until a reply is received.

187. Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive 2000 sheep and cattle headage payment. [26277/00]

Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (Mr. Walsh): The 2000 area aid application for the person named has been fully processed with no outstanding errors and the area for payment purposes has been determined at 78.84 hectares. Payments in the amounts of £900.00 in respect of the person's 2000 sheep headage application and £1,092.00 in respect of his 2000 cattle headage have now issued.

188. Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive 2000 cattle headage and premia payments. [26278/00]

Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (Mr. Walsh): The 2000 area aid application for the person named has been fully processed with no outstanding errors and the area for payment purposes has been determined at 88.50 hectares. Payment in the amount of £1,107.00 in respect of the person's 2000 cattle [653] headage application has now issued. Any other payments due will issue shortly.
