149. Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 284 and 285 of 12 October 1999, any naturalisation files other than [1321] those in respect of citizenship granted under the paassports for investment scheme have been sent to the Moriarty tribunal; and, if so, the numbers sent.

Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. O'Donoghue): An order from the Moriarty tribunal related to four nauralisation files which were not part of the investment based scheme was received in my Department on 3 March 1999. These files which were sent to the tribunal on 15 March 1999 relate to 15 applicants for naturalisation.
