Minister for Education and Science (Mr. Martin): An application for permanent recognition for Gaelscoil Uí Fhiaich, Maynooth, County Kildare, was recently received in the planning section of my Department. As with all such applications, the local inspector has been asked for a report on the schools progress and development. [751] When this report has been received and considered, a decision in the matter will be made.

I can assure the Deputy that this decision will be communicated to the school authorities without undue delay.
