Minister for Finance (Mr. McCreevy): On 25 September 1998, the chairperson of ACCBank sent me a copy of an operational review of ACCBank prepared for the board of the bank by KPMG. The chairperson of ACCBank has indicated to me that the review contains sensitive information of a commercial nature and for that reason it would not be appropriate for me to provide details of the contents of the review.
