Minister for Education and Science (Mr. Martin): A circular outlining the staffing arrangements for primary schools for the 1998-99 school year will be issued to all primary schools very shortly. If the school to which the Deputy refers satisfies the criteria set out in this circular, it may proceed with the appointment of a teacher.
