133. Mr. O'Dea asked the Minister for Education the current position regarding an application for new science laboratories by Ard-Scoil Mhuire Rion Presentation secondary school, Sexton Street, Limerick. [23826/96]

Minister for Education (Ms Bhreathnach): My Department has approved in principle the provision of three science laboratories and preparation area for Ard Scoil Mhuire Rion, Sexton Street, Limerick.

A combined Stages 1 and 2, design team report and outline sketch scheme was submitted recently to my Department.

This submission is currently being examined by officials from the building unit.
