Mr. Cowen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will have arrangements made for the appointment of a landscape designer as the lecturer on the diploma course in amenity horticulture at the National Botanic Gardens, Glasnevin, Dublin 11, in view of the difficulties caused by the resignation of the existing lecturer.
