[709] 627. Kathleen Lynch asked the Minister for the Marine when funding will be made available to prevent further coastal erosion at Magheraroarty, Gorta-hork, County Donegal. [1339/96]

Minister for the Marine (Mr. Barrett): Final decisions have yet to be made on the programme of protection works to be undertaken by the Department of the Marine in 1996.

When a final programme is drawn up I will advise the Deputy as to whether any funding will be available in respect of coastal protection at Magheraroarty, Gortahork, County Donegal.
