The Taoiseach: I propose to take Questions Nos. 1, 2 and 3 together.

Mr. D. Ahern: Question No. 3 is not related to Questions Nos. 1 and 2.

An Ceann Comhairle: If the Taoiseach chooses to take questions together, it is usual that that is acceded to.

Mr. Dempsey: If they are related.

An Ceann Comhairle: This is the norm and Members know that. Is the Taoiseach happy to take Questions Nos. 1, 2 and 3 together?

The Taoiseach: The Question concerns the meeting — and its subject matter — with the British Prime Minister which took place in Moscow. I will [1686] be dealing with all these matters together.
