85. Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for the Marine if he will outline in respect of his Department (1) the land/property which is owned in Dublin and (2) the land/property which is surplus to requirements; if, in respect of surplus land/property he is prepared to make it available to Dublin Corporation so as to enable the city council bring forward a proposal for social housing construction; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Minister for the Marine (Mr. Wilson): Howth and Dún Laoghaire harbours are owned by the Department of the Marine. No section of either property is surplus to harbour requirements.
