82. Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if his Department will now pay the balance of grants due to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim under the farm development scheme.

Minister for Agriculture and Food (Dr. Woods): It is expected that this grant will be paid within the next five to six weeks.

83. Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a sheep [709] subsidy grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Laois.

Minister for Agriculture and Food (Dr. Woods): Some further investigations are necessary to determine this applicant's entitlement to grants under the 1991 ewe premium scheme. As soon as these investigations have been completed the application will be processed as quickly as possible.

84. Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a suckler cow grant and a special beef premium will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Laois.

98. Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will arrange immediate payment of a special beef premium and a suckler cow grant to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny, who is owed for quite some time and where money is urgently needed.

Minister for Agriculture and Food (Dr. Woods): I propose taking Questions Nos. 84 and 98 together.

These payments are being processed at present. They will issue as soon as possible.

85. Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the delay in the payment of a farm building grant to a person (details supplied) in County Galway.

102. Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a farm improvement grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.

Minister for Agriculture and Food (Dr. Woods): I propose to take Questions Nos. 85, 102 and 103 together.

86. Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when an installation aid grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

Minister for Agriculture and Food (Dr. Woods): It is expected that this application will be determined shortly. If the applicant is found to be eligible payment will be made as soon as possible.

87. Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a farm development grant and a cattle headage grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

Minister for Agriculture and Food (Dr. Woods): It is expected that a grant under the farm improvement programme will be paid within the next two to three weeks.

Payment due to this applicant under the 1991 cattle and equines headage scheme is being processed at present and will issue shortly.
