Mr. Cosgrave asked the Minister for the Environment if he has received a proposal from Dublin Corporation regarding the refurbishing of the Greendale Court Flats complex at Kilbarrack, Dublin 5; if he will give details of when it is proposed to make finance available to Dublin Corporation to carry out the necessary works; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
