54. Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for the Marine if a fishing boat licence will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford, having regard to the commitments given by him and an official of his Department.

Minister for the Marine (Mr. Wilson): No decision has been taken to issue a licence in this case. The taking of such a decision will depend on the applicant meeting policy requirements.
