Mr. Yates asked the Minister for the Marine if he has satisfied himself that the time period in preparing and submitting accounts for each of the harbour boards operating under the Harbours Act, 1946, is satisfactory; and if he will outline the current situation in relation to the latest completed year's accounts for each harbour board. Wilson 994 [994] Minister for the Marine (Mr. Wilson): The recently established review group on commercial harbours and pilotage policy and legislation will undoubtedly be making recommendations to me on matters such as the format and frequency of accounts. Harbour authorities are encouraged to furnish my Department with abstracts of accounts as soon as possible after the end of their financial year. The present position in relation to the latest completed abstracts of accounts in respect of each harbour authority is as follows:
