23. Mr. Pattison asked the Minister for the Environment if he will sanction the proposals of Carlow Urban District Council for the building of a scheme of houses at Sleaty Street, Graigcullen, County Carlow.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Flynn): I expect to be in a position shortly to notify housing authorities of the allocations for their 1991 housing construction programmes. It will then be a matter for Carlow Urban District Council to decide on their programme for 1991 within the framework of their allocation and the number of new starts authorised.
