169. Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Justice if a family farm transfer (details supplied) in County Wexford will be expedited in the Land Registry Office; and when it will be completed.

Minister for Justice (Mr. Burke): I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the application referred to is for registration of a transfer deed which was originally lodged in the Land Registry on 16 January 1990. It was found necessary to raise a number of queries on the application with the applicant's solicitor. These queries have been satisfactorily discharged and registration was completed on 13 June 1990.
