101. Mr. G. O'Sullivan asked the Minister for the Marine if any progress has [1072] been made in repairing the damaged pier at Ballycotton, County Cork; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Minister for the Marine (Mr. Wilson): I have recently approved a grant of £157,500 to Cork County Council, from the exceptional storm damage fund, in respect of repairs to Ballycotton pier. The works are to be undertaken by the county council.
