Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for Education if her attention has been drawn to the application by the representatives of Janesboro Soccer Club, Limerick for funding from the national lottery; if their application has been processed; if a decision has been made on it; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Minister for Education (Mrs. O'Rourke): It is not possible to consider the allocation of a grant to Janesboro Soccer Club, Limerick, as grants up to the limit of funds available under my Department's capital grants scheme for the provision of recreational facilities have already been allocated.
