Report of the Special Committee on the Judicial Separation and Family Law Reform Bill, 1987.

Mrs. Taylor-Quinn: The Committee has considered the Bill and made amendments thereto. The Bill, as amended, is reported to the House. I move:

That the report and proceedings be printed and that the Bill, as amended, in Special Committee, be printed.

The Taoiseach: May I ask if the Opposition would like a debate on this report?

Mr. Shatter: We have debated it at length.

Mrs. Taylor-Quinn: I understand that the Whips have agreed that it be taken in Government time on Thursday.
