63. Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Energy if his attention has been drawn to the fact that a person (details supplied) in County Wexford who was made redundant from the forestry service three weeks ago is still awaiting his form P.45 and has been informed that this may not be available for a further two to three weeks; if his attention has been further drawn to the fact that this person is unable to claim his social welfare entitlements without a form P.45; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Minister for Education (Mr. R. Burke): The last pay day of the person concerned was Friday, 20 November 1987. The form P.45 was posted to him on Wednesday, 2 December 1987.
