49. Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for the Environment when it is proposed to sanction the commencement of work on the sewerage scheme at Inchydoney near Clonakilty, County Cork.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Flynn): Contract documents for the Inchydoney sewerage scheme have been received from Cork (West) County Council and are under consideration in my Department. A certificate confirming the acquisition of all necessary lands and wayleaves for the scheme, and compliance with relevant statutory requirements, is awaited from the council.
