Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice the medical condition of a person (details supplied) at the time immediately prior to his admission to Dundrum Psychiatric Hospital, Dublin 14 from Portlaoise Prison, County Laois; if he was medically examined by a doctor; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
