301. Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for Education if she has allocated the £3.15 million received to-date from the National Lottery to youth and sporting organisations; the amount given to each section and organisation; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Minister for Education (Mrs. O'Rourke): The allocation of grants to [2998] youth and sports organisations from the sum of £3.15 million received from National Lottery proceeds is under consideration in my Department at present.

I shall make an announcement in this regard in the near future.
