53. Mr. Swift asked the Minister for Finance the date on which toilet facilities will be provided for the Garda barracks at Ballyduff Upper, County Waterford.

Minister for Finance (Mr. MacSharry): The Commissioners of Public Works have been aware for some time of the need for proper toilet facilities at the Garda barracks at Ballyduff Upper, Waterford.

A number of legal difficulties in connection with acquiring the use of a suitable plot of land for a spreader drain have recently been resolved. The commissioners will now proceed with the necessary works to provide the facilities required.
