69. Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will arrange to have an outstanding sheep subsidy paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny where the application was made for the 1985 scheme.

Minister for Agriculture (Mr. Deasy): The person named was deemed ineligible for the 1984-85 ewe premium scheme as about half of the ewes presented for inspection were not his property. He did [1504] not apply under the 1985 ewe premium scheme.
