282. Mr. H. Byrne asked the Minister for Social Welfare when he will grant free electricity to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.

Minister for Social Welfare (Mr. B. Desmond): An application for a free electricity allowance from the person concerned was approved and the ESB has confirmed that the allowance is applying to his account since 1 November 1985.
