412. Mr. J. Fahey asked the Minister for the Environment if there are proposals before his Department for a new sewerage scheme at Ballinroad, Dungarvan, County Waterford; and if so, when sanction will be given.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Kavanagh): The preliminary proposals submitted by Waterford County Council for this scheme were approved in February 1981. The further planning of the scheme is a matter for the local authority.
