414. Mr. Nolan asked the Minister for the Environment when a contractor will be appointed to build houses at Graiguecullen, Carlow, for Carlow UDC; and when it is proposed to commence work on this scheme.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Spring): The question of the acceptance of a tender in this case is being examined in my Department and the urban council and the National Building Agency will be notified of the outcome as soon as possible.
