724. Mr. M. Cosgrave asked the Minister for Finance if it is intended to approve the employment of additional staff for supervisory and other functions when the Howth Harbour development plan is completed; and when a number of new services will be provided.

Minister for Finance (Mr. Dukes): No decision has yet been made regarding the employment of additional staff when the Howth Harbour development plan is completed. There are no plans for the [1334] introduction of new services other than those being provided in connection with the present harbour development scheme in the fisheries interest.
