315. Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Finance when a VAT refund in respect of farm buildings and plant will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

Minister for Finance (Mr. Bruton): I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that VAT refund (£945.75) was made in this case on 8 January 1982. The balance of the amount claimed will be dealt with when information requested from the claimant in December 1981 is received.
