141. Mr. Donnellan asked the Minister for Education the number of applications he has received for sports grants; the number that will be granted in 1981; and the amount of the grants and the location of the recipients.

My Department have received an application from Galway Lawn Tennis [1748] Club, Ltd., for assistance towards the financing of building work carried out at the club. An application for assistance towards the erection of a community recreation centre at Oranmore, which is at present proceeding, has also been received.
