330. Mr. White asked the Minister for Industry, Commerce and Tourism when work will commence on the proposed factory at Finner, Ballyshannon, County Donegal.

Minister for Industry, Commerce and Tourism (Mr. O'Malley): I am informed by the Industrial Development Authority that it is expected that construction of the [244] 120,000 sq. ft. factory for the Buhler/Heusser-Staub project at Finner, Ballyshannon, County Donegal, announced earlier this year will commence during the summer of 1981.

331. Mr. White asked the Minister for Industry, Commerce and Tourism the reason there is no industry in the Dunkineely advance factory, County Donegal; and the steps he proposes to take to rectify the matter.

Minister for Industry, Commerce and Tourism (Mr. O'Malley): I would refer the Deputy to a reply to a similar question on 19 March 1980.

In the meantime, the enterprise which was leasing the factory for storage purposes has acquired its own premises. The factory continues to be vigorously promoted by the Industrial Development Authority. Whilst interest continues to be expressed in the premises, a suitable project has not yet been secured.
